Returns Policy:
Return of defective product
Should the product delivered to you is defective you can return it to GolfCy.com in Nicosia by First Choice Couriers (at your cost).
Should the product be proven defective a replacement will be sent back to you or an alternative product proposed to you.
Return of non-defective product
For non-defective products the following terms apply:
- You can return your product within 14 days from placing your order
- The product packing must be in original condition and not opened or damaged in any way
- The product must not have been used and no labels must have been removed
Should the returned product not respect the above conditions, it will be returned to the owner
Please note that products marked as "Special Offer" or "Stock Clearance" do not qualify for refund or replacement.
